Searching the DIYaudio forums should yield a mind numbing amount of info WRT specific designs also, especially WRT tapped horns, pipes and of course you can join and ask as many do.

yep..the help threads there are great! yep..im a member there as well..still, just getting the program, i feel i need to read and reread before i ask fairly obvious questions..inevietably, ill ask the questions. most of my searches there have entailed things like 'altec bass horn'..'altec subwoofer' .. 'altec tapped' ..altec stepped horn'. im sure you get my drift here..lol. same searches i run at a.a and lansing heritage as well. just glad that this place is still up
